Voluntary Contributions

Payments made through the Support / Tip feature are voluntary contributions and are not purchases of goods, digital content or services.

For this reason, voluntary contributions are generally non-refundable.

Refund Requests

If you accidentally sent a contribution, were charged more than once, or believe a payment was processed incorrectly, you may contact us at:

• the date of the transaction;
• the amount;
• the transaction/reference ID, if available; and
• the reason for your request.

We will review refund requests individually.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction, subject to the capabilities and rules of the payment provider.

Payment Disputes

If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us before initiating a chargeback whenever possible so that we have an opportunity to resolve the issue directly.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or protections that apply to you under applicable law or the rules of your payment provider.
